How long does it take to process an order?
It takes 1-3 business days to process orders. We try our best to get our orders out as soon as possible. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. USPS doesn’t pick up or deliver on Sundays.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 7 days from when you receive the item to start the return process. Please email us at return@lunamarboutique@gmail.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us at email@example.com to process your return. Allow 3-5 business days to process the return. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address and following instructions. Tags must be attached for the return to be approved upon arrival. We have the right to deny any returns. When we receive your return please allow 3-5 business days to receive store credit. We are not responsible for shipping cost.
Do you place items on hold?
No, unfortunately we do not hold items for purchases or exchanges.
How long does it take to receive my order once I purchase it?
It takes 3-5 to process the order. Once USPS receives your package, it is in the hands of the Postal Service. We only offer priority mail at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat fee of $8 if your purchase is under $75. Free shipping for orders over $75.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, in our main menu under gift cards you can purchase a gift card.
What happens if I have not received my purchase?
We offer a tracking number with every purchase. Please keep a close eye on the updates. If you haven’t received your item once the item has shipped and updates to arrived, contact USPS. Unfortunately once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for USPS. We will do our best to assist.
Can I use more than one coupon?
At this time it is only one coupon per transaction and per person.
Can I use a coupon with a promotional (sale) item?
No, all sale items are as priced and not able to be combined with coupons.
Can I return a sale item?
All sale is FINAL SALE.
What if I received a damaged item?
We do our best to inspect every single item before shipping. If this was due to USPS, we recommend to reach out to your local post office. If there is something damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to make it right?
Can I get a refund to my credit card for a return?
Unfortunately, at this time all returns are store credit.
